I did not attend the conference this year, but I think the idea behind it is great. It's cool to get people from all over the world with different cultures and fly them into one location to meet up. It's very neat to learn about other people's culture and learn what they do. Since I didn't go to the conference, I can't answer what should be included and what should be left out in next year's conference.
