I was overwhelmed with all of the groups I worked with and the presentations I watched this afternoon, they were all fantastic!! Through taking what we learnt in the morning sessions and using those techniques in the power point presentations the ideas were presented with extremely powerful messages. Congratulations to all the teams for successfully pitching your ideas in interesting and original ways.

I have been lucky enough to sit in on each group’s discussion and hear the ideas that have been flying round the groups. Wow each student here has something to be proud of, everyone is excited and passionate about what they are pitching to the educators. Everyone is involved in a way that suits them and many students have pushed their boundaries and are developing new skills. Keep up the good work!! I found the backchannel to be very distracting during Thomas Freedman’s talk. I found it to be like using MSN while doing my homework. People were all talking about sub sections of the talk but I found that I would be reading what everyone was saying and would miss out on what was being said in the talk. I am not a multi learner I need to concentrate on the topic at hand I can’t study and watch tv or chat online and focus in the classroom.

Wow what a fantastic way to start the conference. Today has been amazing, I have met so many great people. I loved going to the Cornish today, and the museum was breath taking. I loved just looking at the architecture.
